1. About the Service
PasteFast is a free online clipboard tool provided by the PasteFast team to help users conveniently manage and sync their copy-paste content. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by all terms in this agreement.
2. Account Registration
You may use basic clipboard features without registering (data is stored locally). By creating an account, you unlock cloud sync, notes, and other enhanced features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Free Tier Limitations
Free users may use unlimited clipboard entries and up to 10 notes. To expand your notes limit, please contact an administrator to request an upgrade.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to store or transmit any unlawful content through the Service, including but not limited to: copyright-infringing content, malicious code, fraudulent information, or adult content. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Data Responsibility
The Service makes reasonable efforts to protect your data, but cannot be held responsible for data loss due to force majeure events (e.g., server failure, network outage). We recommend keeping local backups of important data.
6. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time with reasonable prior notice. We are not liable for losses incurred during service interruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
The UI design, code, and branding of the Service are the intellectual property of the PasteFast team. Content created by users remains the property of the respective users.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via a website notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
